We designed, developed, and integrated several core functionality modules for one of the largest online meeting and communication portals. The major developed modules of the system are Joining and Credit Card Processing, Private Message System, Meeting/Gathering Application, Marketplace, Member Promotion, Member Blocking and Reporting Tool, Administrative functionality and more. We also created several stored procedure to ensure good performance with high site traffic.

Travel Quotes Application

The client needed a system that allowed all online quotes to be managed effectively, so optimizing the potential sales revenue that the quote requests represented. Previously, all clients' requests for holiday quotes entered the system via email. These highly valuable sales prospects had no method of being tracked. Volo Facio developed an innovative Web-based system implemented on a .NET/MS SQL Server platform, to support client sales team in tracking, managing and responding to online requests for travel price quotation made via the client web site. The system also includes history and reporting that provides ability to track the effectiveness of teams and individuals.

Dating Portal

Volo Facio developed a subscription-based online dating site for western men that use these introduction services to find spouses from the former Soviet Union. Members can create their personal profiles, view the profiles of their likely matches at the click of a mouse, and they can select to contact the members they find most appealing, reply to other members emails, or message them through the internal easy-to-use Instant Messenger. The members communicate with each other using anonymous usernames, creating a comfortable, efficient and completely private and safe way for get to know and meet each other online.
